Discover the Benefits of Sole - A Himalayan Salt Water Solution for Everyone

Friday, April 13, 2012

What is Sole?

Sole is a saturated Himalayan salt water solution, also known as the water of life. We all know that salt dissolves in water but if you continue to add salt to the water, the water will become saturated with salt and salt crystals will settle in the water without dissolving since the water has been totally saturated with salt. This is known as Sole.

Who can Sole benefit? What is it good for?

Everyone can benefit from taking Sole every day. It is a natural mineral infusion of the 84 trace elements and minerals essential for life and is great for replacing lost electrolytes in the body, increasing energy levels and stimulating the metabolism. Sole assists in balancing the body’s acid / alkaline balance (also known as PH). When the body is too acid, it can aggravate or induce acne, psoriasis and eczema as well as other skin and digestive conditions. Sole is also able to break up the molecular structure of many heavy metals and can assist in detoxifying the body of these harmful chemicals, cleansing the body from the inside out. Sole is also known to help soothe nerves, lower addiction cravings and help the circulatory and respiratory systems. You can also use Sole to compliment your salt therapy in between visits.

Making Himalayan Salt Sole - be sure to only use glass and plastic implements!

How do I make Sole at home?

Note: Do not use any metal implements or objects in the Sole making process. If the Sole or Himalayan salt comes into contact with metal, the quality of the solution will be reduced. Ensure that you use a glass jar with a cork or plastic lid. When measuring out and administering Sole, use plastic or wooden implements and measures. Use filtered, spring or artesian water. Tap water contains many impurities which will also diminish the quality of the Sole.

Step 1: Place 2-3 cm of Himalayan salt crystals in the bottom of a glass jar.

Step 2: Add 5-6cm of filtered, spring or artesian water to the jar and allow it to sit overnight.

Step 3: If all the salt crystals have dissolved, add another sprinkling of Himalayan salt to the water and allow it to sit for a few hours. If there are salt crystals visible in the water, your Sole is ready to use. There should always be salt crystals in the water. This means that the water is totally saturated with salt.

How often should I take Sole?

Sole should be taken once every 24 hours upon rising on an empty stomach. Doing so will stimulate the stomach, digestive system and boost your metabolism. You only need one teaspoon of Sole, the amount of water you mix it with it up to you.

Where can I get Himalayan Salt from?

You can purchase Himalayan Salt rock salt for eating and Sole making from the Salt Caves online store in a variety of sizes and textures.

Other uses for Sole

PEOPLE WHO LOVE SALT THERAPY

I come to the Salt Caves for my asthma and emphysema. I have gone from using a mobility scooter to a walker. The Caves keep me going from week to week. I am now back to doing oil painting that I hadn't been able to do for 18 months until I found Salt Caves. ~ Jan Montgomery
