Meet Kalyani
Kalyani is qualified across multiple disciplines including Gestalt psychotherapy, relaxation massage, yoga, meditation, and family constellations. With over 14 years of experience in holistic health, she offers an integrative and trauma-informed approach that supports meaningful and lasting change. Her work is relational, person-centred, and grounded in both clinical practice and traditional healing modalities.
Her approach to health and wellness is rooted in present-moment awareness, emotional integration, and the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for healing. Sessions are tailored to the individual, blending evidence-based techniques with complementary practices. As a Level 2 yoga teacher and meditation facilitator, she draws on Eastern philosophies to support nervous system balance, embodiment, and self-awareness.
